Bookings
Once confirmed, your appointment is held just for you. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged.
Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. There's a minimum commitment of 3 months from your first billing date. After that, you can cancel anytime by emailing memberships@feed-yourskin.com - we ask for 30 days' notice, so your membership will end after one final billing cycle. Included sessions are personal, non-transferable, and don't roll over month to month. Memberships are only available to guests 18 and over.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They can be used toward treatments, memberships, or the bar, and can be applied to a single purchase or split across multiple visits until the balance or expiration date is reached - whichever comes first. Unused balance is forfeited after the expiration date and cannot be extended, refunded, or reissued. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Treatments
Every session is provided by a trained professional. Please tell us about any conditions, allergies, or medications before your appointment. All treatments are restricted to guests 18 and over.
